Today the American public education is based upon principals of repetition and
memorization. At The Jewish Academy we believe that a child does his or her best
learning when thinking, creating, innovating, and participating in real projects. We will make the classroom become alive, and inspire our students to enjoy every moment of engaging learning. Our learning extends beyond the classroom with visual lessons and experiential trips abroad. We approach every student as an individual learning within a community. The culture of learning within our classrooms is infectious and our students inspire one another to excel and achieve. We view educational data as a key performance indicator, and helpful to inform instruction, yet it is not the purpose of classroom learning. Learning to leverage technology is essential to modern day education. The Jewish Academy has computer labs, and an iPad one to one program for our students.
